1. ⁠Can I return the kit if it’s unused?
Yes! If the kit is unopened and unused, you can email us your order number and reason for return at hello@ecobonjour.com and drop it at our warehouse within 7 days of delivery. Please keep the product packaging intact. If the product passed the return inspection, the cost will be refunded.

2. How difficult is the build?
Moderate but younger children may need help with tricky slots.

3. Can we customize it?
Definitely! Decorate with crayons, markers, or stickers. Avoid wet paint to prevent warping.

4. Is it Eco-Friendly?
